1. Check the DURA-NEB 3000 packing box and make sure all components listed below are included. If you did not receive all of the components listed, please contact the authorized dealer (American Allergy Supply 1-800-321-1096) where you purchased your DURA-NEB 3000.
2. Fill out warranty card completely and mail.
3. It is recommended that the customer purchase a spare LC Jet Plus Nebulizer in case of lost or damaged parts.
4. Contact PARI Patient Connection at 1-800-FAST-NEB or 1-800-327-8632 and Press 2 if you have any questions about getting started.
